Prawn Keerai ~ Pan fried prawns and spinach with a hint of single cream

 

Madhulai Varuval ~ Lightly curried chicken pieces with ginger and pomegranate garnished with mango

 

Cauliflower Gashi (v) ~ Potatoes, cauliflower and peas gashi style

 

Karaikudi Cutlet ~ Minced lamb cutlets with almonds and sultanas on a spicy sauce

Mangalore Chicken ~ Gashi style chicken cooked with mild chilli, tamarind, mustard seeds and fenugreek in a thick sauce ~ served with mango rice and stir fried vegetables

 

Allepey Fish Kolambu ~ Boatman’s style succulent cod steaks in coconut curry ~ as cooked on the rice boats. Served with lemon rice and a homemade mild chilli pickle

 

Nihari Lamb ~ An outstanding spicy lamb dish cooked in a nihari masala bringing out its full range of flavours. Served with tamarind rice and aviyal

 

Goan Keema ~ Minced pork and peas in a ginger, coriander and cayenne paste ~ served with chapatti and snakegourd

 

Vegetable Biryani (v) ~ Hyderabad speciality of basmati rice simmered with carrots, green peas, cauliflower, mangetout and broccoli, garnished with sultanas and cashews and accompanied by raita and papads


Coconut Delight ~ Exquisite coconut ice cream and seasonal fruit in a hint of galliano liqueur with a splash of double cream

 

Rava Kesari ~ Vermicelli and semolina Indian cake with cashews and raisins ~ served warm and topped with pistachio nuts
