Mangalore Chicken Gashi style chicken cooked with mild chilli, tamarind, mustard seeds and fenugreek in a thick sauce ~ served with mango rice and stir fried vegetables  

 

Allepey Fish Kolambu Boatman’s style succulent cod steaks in coconut curry ~ as cooked on the rice boats. Served with lemon rice and a homemade mild chilli pickle

Coconut Delight Exquisite coconut ice cream and seasonal fruit in a hint of galliano liqueur with a splash of double cream  

 

Rava Kesari Vermicelli and semolina Indian cake with cashews and raisins ~ served warm and topped with pistachio nuts
